In order to receive your packages by Christmas Eve, we recommend placing your orders no later than Dec 15th, 2024 when using UPS standard shipping within continental USA and Canada excluding remote rural areas.

Standard orders placed after 11:00 AM PST will not begin processing until the following business day. Please note: business days are Monday-Friday; we do not process orders on the weekends.
LIMEAPPLE is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages during transit/delivery. All orders are double checked prior to the order leaving our warehouse and packages received damaged or with missing items should be reported to the carrier. Please contact the carrier to file a claim.

Please note that we do not ship to Canadian PO Boxes. Additionally, if you live in a rural area that has a postal code that is considered to be "beyond point", your packages may be delivered by Canada Post as an alternative to our standard shipping carrier. You will be able to track your order. Please note if you live in a beyond point area, you may experience a delay in receiving your package due to the remote access to your area. Select standard shipping for these orders, as we cannot guarantee expedited or overnight deliveries to beyond point locations. Beyond point locations serviced by Canada post may incur additional duties and taxes.
If you are unsure if your postal code is “Rural Beyond” Please check here. There is an additional $13 delivery fee for rural beyond point orders at the time of placing the order.
For orders that the carrier is unable to deliver due to an incorrect address given at the time of orders or if the carrier is unable to deliver as you are not home the customer needs to make the delivery arrangements with the carrier and if the goods are returned back for non acceptance the shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.
If the order is cancelled by the customer for any reason after the order is shipped out the shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.
International Shipping Fees
International orders over $150 will be offered free shipping. Orders under $150 will be charged a flat rate of $29.95.
Note 1: Shipments outside of Canada and the USA will be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Since duties and taxes vary by country and by what was ordered, we are not able to supply an estimated cost. Please contact the customs office in the destination country for more information.
Note 2: For all international orders, the shipping address must be the same as the billing address.
Tracking: Please contact the shipping company first for any delivery issues.
Shipping: We strive to get your order shipped out in full within 1 -2 business days. However, we may need extra time during busy seasons such as back-to-school, sale events, and holidays.

In order to receive a refund or exchange:
- All hangtags must be attached to the garment
- Items must be unworn and unwashed
- Swimwear must be returned with the hygienic liner intact. Any swimwear received without the hygienic liner intact will receive no refund or store credit.
- All Clearance, outlet, sale, headgear and gift cards are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- Your refund will be issued within seven business days in the original form of payment once it is received. You will be notified via email when this transaction is complete. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account after they have received the information from us.
- We only accept merchandise purchased from our website. If you purchased from one of our retailers please contact them directly about their return policy.
Exchange: If you need a different size, color, or pattern, we’re happy to help and exchanges are free with the use our shipping label. All exchanges must be completed within 30 days.
Store Credit: Receive a Limeapple.com store credit for the amount of your return, and a FREE return shipping label.
RETURN/EXCHANGE PROCESS

- Ship your return/exchange with a carrier that will provide you with a tracking number to ensure that your package does not get lost. You will be responsible for return shipping costs if you do not use our shipping label.

If you received a price adjustment after your order shipped, that credit has been deducted from your total refund amount listed below.
