We accept returns of unworn, unwashed merchandise that has been ordered thru our site in its original packaging, with the original tags attached within 30 days of shipment date.Ā Items returned without its original packaging and tags will not be accepted.Ā
All items purchased on sale are eligible for store credit only. No refunds. Customers are responsible for sale item return shipping costs.Ā
International customers are responsible for all return costs, unless products are damaged.Ā
In order to receive a refund:Ā Ā
- All hangtags must be attached to the garment
- Garment must be returned in its original packaging
- Items must be unworn and unwashed
- SwimwearĀ must be returned with the hygienic liner intact.Ā Any swimwear received without the hygienic liner intact will receive no refund or store credit.
- All headgear and gift cards are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- Your refund will be issued within seven business days in the original form of payment once it is received. You will be notified via email when this transaction is complete. Ā Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account after they have received the information from us.
- We only accept merchandise purchased from our website.Ā If you purchased from one of our retailers please contact them directly about their return policy.

Refund:Ā Receive a full refund back to your original payment method. We can send you a shipping label for your return and deduct $9.99 from the refund, OR you can ship the item back to us at your own cost. All returns must be shipped within 30 days.

- Pack and seal your box securely, in the original packagingĀ whenĀ possible.Ā
- Ship your return with a carrier that will provide you with a tracking number to ensure that your package does not get lost. Ā You will be responsible for return shipping costs if you do not use our shipping label.
Please note: Returns can take up toĀ 2 weeks to process fromĀ the time we receive the return. If you received a price adjustment after your order shipped, that credit has been deducted from your total refund amount listed below.
